Availability:
We aim to maintain a steady stock of all our products. However, circumstances beyond our control, such as supply chain disruptions, may affect availability. For large quantity orders, our ability to fulfill may be subject to store discretion due to stock limitations. For instance, if an order surpasses available stock, partial delivery may be considered.
Acceptance:
Our services at GandNs are intended for non-commercial and domestic use only. Orders from entities deemed commercial or non-domestic may be declined. To ensure fairness and availability for all customers, there may be limits imposed on the maximum quantity of items per order.
Delivery:
Delivery will be made to the address provided during order placement. Our delivery personnel will deliver to the main entrance of the delivery address, with assistance into the premises available upon request and reasonable accessibility. Deliveries are restricted to specified regions within Faisalabad, Pakistan. Delivery times will be agreed upon during order confirmation.
All deliveries require a signature from an adult aged 18 years or above. In the event of a failed delivery attempt due to absence, re-arrangements can be made through our Customer Service Centre. Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.
While we strive to meet agreed delivery times, we cannot be held liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control. GandNs reserves the right to refuse service or delivery to any location as deemed necessary. We shall not be held liable for interruptions or delays due to factors beyond our control, including force majeure events.
Return & Exchange:
Our return and exchange policy covers products delivered in damaged or defective condition, expired products, or those differing from the placed order. Customers are advised to thoroughly inspect their orders upon delivery. Damaged or unsatisfactory products may be returned.
Opening the outer cardboard packaging is permitted; however, tampering with inner sleeves or sealed bags renders the product ineligible for return or exchange. Products cannot be refunded due to health and hygiene reasons, particularly fresh, chilled, and frozen items. Promotional items are also exempt from exchange. Complaints or feedback should be directed to our Customer Services department within 5 working days.
Safety Measures:
In response to current challenges, we prioritize the safety of our employees and customers. We adhere to recommended health and hygiene practices, including those outlined by the WHO. Customers are encouraged to maintain a safe distance, avoid physical contact, and practice hand hygiene during order receipt.
To ensure safety, our employees undergo daily temperature monitoring, and our delivery team is equipped with masks and gloves. Vehicles are regularly sanitized, and our premises undergo daily disinfection. Your cooperation during these times is appreciated.
Payment Terms for Large Orders:
For large orders involving significant quantities, a 50% advance payment is required upon order confirmation. This ensures commitment and facilitates smoother order processing.
